Payment for professional services is due in full at the time of your appointment and/or your pet’s discharge. If your pet requires hospitalization and/or surgery, written estimates will be provided. For some treatments or hospitalized care, a 50% deposit is required prior to beginning your pet’s treatment. In an effort to make it as easy & manageable as possible for our clients to pay for the cost of optimal veterinary care, we accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We realize that most accidents and illnesses often occur unexpectedly. Therefore, should payment in full present a hardship, we offer the following options:
For owners who carry insurance on their pet, full payment to us for products & services is expected at the time of your pet’s appointment/discharge. We will gladly provide you with any information or documentation you need in order to submit a claim for reimbursement. Should you have any specific questions regarding coverage please contact your insurance provider.
If a check is returned unpaid, the account will be subject to a Returned Payment Fee, which is currently $35.00 and may be adjusted as law permits.
In the event payment is not received under the terms of this Payment Policy, an account may be referred to an outside agency for collection. If this occurs the individual(s) listed on the account will be responsible for all collection costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, late charges, and finance charges, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law.
